A shelf of books has gone missing from the Moonlit Wing. Five clues, five neighbours, one evidence log — and your child decides who moved them, where they went and why.
Nothing is guessed. Every answer has to be backed by a clue.
The five clues
- Moon — read the weather traces beside the empty shelf and work out which one was really left there.
- Key — match a mark against every staff card, then name the group that was authorised.
- Quill — decode a torn note picture by picture until the warning makes sense.
- Clock — cross the entry log with the key marks and find the one person in the right place at midnight.
- Book — follow the cart route through the library, exit by exit, until it stops at one room.
Then comes the final deduction, the reveal, a creative workshop with no right answer, and a certificate.
Three routes, one story
Every adventure ships with three routes — ages 6–8, 9–10 and 11–12 — that share the same characters and the same ending. You print one route, not all three. Choose by reading confidence, not birthday.
Pointing counts. Saying it out loud counts. Drawing it counts. A grown-up can read the page aloud or write the answer down, and the adventure carries on exactly the same. There is no score, no timer and no ranking.
What is in your download
- The adventure — four files: A4 and US Letter, each in Colour and Low Ink. All three routes are inside every file.
- Start Here guide — A4 and US Letter, with the print list for each route and every answer.
- Dragon Passport — A4 and US Letter, with six badge spaces sized for the 52 mm badge.
Low Ink uses outline artwork. No puzzle anywhere depends on colour.
