Your child does the adventures. This one is for you.
Two sets of ideas to keep within reach, so screen-free time has somewhere to go even when you are tired, in public, or fresh out of suggestions. Both are included — this is one download, not a choice between them.
1 — The 14-Day Screen Reset Kit
A two-week plan for home. Daily missions, a family agreement and a token board, so that “can I have the phone” turns into something your child is glad to do instead. 60 pages, in English and Italian.
2 — The Meltdown & Outings Rescue Pack
14 grab-and-go cards for the moments away from home: the restaurant, the back seat, the waiting room, Grandma’s house, the hotel room before dinner. Each card gives you one move and the exact words to say. Print them, cut them, keep them in the glovebox.
How it sits next to the Lumio adventures
The adventures are what your child does. This is what you reach for. The two work differently on purpose: the Reset Kit uses tokens you can trade, while the Lumio adventures never trade anything for screen time. Keeping the systems separate means neither gets in the other’s way.
